Great job on the reporting. And thanks for staying behind to defend that passenger. I don't fly as frequently as I used to but I can understand the situation to a certain extent. Today's and yesterday's flight attendants have always had a certain attitude. Glad there was people ready to defend the innocent like you and the fellow passengers were.
